to lead project teams within your area of responsibility to rapidly
implement high-impact business improvement
Skills Development:
Three,
one-week training sessions consisting of two weeks of classroom training
and a one-week Sigma Kaizen event at a plant site where you experience
real-world application of your learned concepts and tools. Your project
will be selected with the guidance of our Master Black Belts, who will
mentor you online and by phone as you progress through the training.
There
are four weeks between the event week and the second week of training,
during which you will use Lean Six Sigma skills to complete the define and
measure phases and begin the analysis phase of your project.
Certification
is provided upon successful completion of the training and two projects,
demonstrating proficiency in applying Green Belt tools.
